They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover (Mark 16:18)......Jesus Himself said it, He cannot lie (Numbers 23:19). He wasn't somniloquising when He said it, neither was He drunk. If He said it, it is so. What then happened when I laid hands on that 2-year old girl with meningitis? Why did she die? Or the lame man, why did he not walk? The blind man, why did he not see?
